For the safety and security of members and property, Fox Fitness Club may utilize video surveillance systems within and around the facility.
By accessing the facility, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Video recording may occur in common areas (excluding private areas such as restrooms)
- Footage may be used for security, incident investigation, and policy enforcement
- There is no expectation of privacy in monitored areas
Use of the Website may also involve basic security monitoring (e.g., IP logging) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
