MEET YOUR OWNER / DR. ROBIN FOX
I started Fox Fitness because I wanted to create a safe space for people to get fit and healthy 24/7 in a no-frills, supportive and non-intimidating space. I know how hard it can be to find a gym to feel comfortable at, so I decided to create the space I once searched for.
Fox Fitness began in a garage gym inside an addiction treatment center. In 2026, I left my career in addiction treatment to dedicate myself to the Club full-time.
My goal is to protect what makes this gym special: a welcoming, uncrowded place where people feel comfortable being themselves and can become healthier and stronger. I would love to meet you.

Fox Fitness is locally owned and independently operated by Dr. Robin Fox. Dr. Robin Fox holds a doctorate in psychology, is a certified personal trainer, and is a competitive bodybuilder. She started Fox Fitness because she wanted to create a safe space for people to get fit and healthy 24/7 in a no-frills, supportive and non-intimidating space. She knows how hard it can be to find a gym to feel comfortable at, so she decided to create the space she once searched for.
Before the 24/7 Club, Fox Fitness actually started in a garage gym inside an addiction treatment center, with a mission of using fitness, movement, and community to help people build stronger bodies and strong minds. In 2026, Dr. Robin Fox made the decision to leave her career in addiction treatment and buy the gym from its previous owner. Her goal is to protect what makes this gym special while continuing to make it better: a welcoming, uncrowded place where people know each other, feel comfortable being themselves, and can work toward becoming healthier and stronger. All the while, incorporating the recovery support work that has always been part of the fabric of Fox Fitness.
